API Interface (AN-10) update to v1.3.1 code for the OPS243, adding new capabilities to the Rolling Buffer mode.

The Field of View calculator is now updated with a graphical representation and lane travel distances calculations.

Pre-orders are now being taken for the OPS9243-A with Power-over-Ethernet interface and support for Verkada cameras.  The traffic monitor reports speed and direction enabling alerts and traffic speed analytics on Verkada Command dashboard.  The OPS9243-A-PE ships in November.

New Rolling Buffer feature for detection of very high speed events implemented in v1.2.3 of the OPS243-A code.  The Rolling Buffer can be used for capturing bullet muzzle velocity or baseball.  New AN-27 Rolling Buffer application note explains the details and reference Python code to enable and trigger the data capture available on GitHub.  AN-10 API Interface is updated for the new feature.

The Field of View Calculator is updated to provide the width and length of the field of view based on the mounting inputs.  The width relates to the horizontal beamwidth at the field of view center point and the length relates to the vertical beamwidth.
