Description
OPS8243-C Level Monitor with 24V Power Switch
The OPS8243-C with 24V power switch provides a means of controlling other devices based on the range or speed detected by the sensor. Filter settings configured with the API allow turning on a 24V power switch capable of passing 2A. The sensor detects distance up to 50m away. A smart averaging algorithm helps improve accuracy and and range resolution is configurable down to 4 cm/1.6 in. Applications include display on/off, motor control, and speed limiter controls. Alert messages can be set if heights exceeding a low or high level threshold are exceeded. The sensor provides RS-232 interface for API configuration and capturing reported range/speed values.
